Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and supervise office and volunteer staff to maintain a smooth and efficient store environment.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
