Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal to maintain a clean and secure environment.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. The ideal candidate will be a client-focused, reliable, and flexible individual who can adapt to changing circumstances.
