Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team at Liberty Village. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing multiple tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage multiple tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Liquor Service certification.
