About the Role
This position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited professional school and at least three years of social work experience in a medical setting. The ideal candidate will be licensed by the State of New Jersey and possess familiarity with electronic medical records and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates social services aspects of the NJ Regional Hemophilia Treatment Center
- Assesses patients' and families' psychosocial profile and functioning
- Participates in the education of patients and families regarding their hemophilia or other bleeding disorder
- Identifies social, vocational, rehabilitation, educational, and financial aid resources
- Facilitates resolution of patients' problems through the use of hospital, community, and state resources

Work Environment
This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement and involves standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing. Lifting up to 25 lbs may be required. The work environment is office-based with moderate noise levels.
