The Assistant Train Master is a key position in our operations team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains. As an Assistant Train Master, you will be working closely with other departments to coordinate the movement of trains, including arrival, classification, building, inspecting, and dispatching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating processes related to arrival, classification, building, inspecting, and dispatching of trains.
  • Supporting the Trainmaster in the efficient movement of traffic within the road territory and yard-terminal.
  • Providing leadership to build a strong safety culture along with providing coaching on operational standards.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or an operational environment.
  • Ability to work all types of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license.
