We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Sukhcharan Singh. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including meal preparation and household management.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote social development and learning.
- Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes rest periods, meal times, and playtime.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and shared responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information, and child development progress.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a home-based setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in early childhood education or a related field.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Experience with child development and education.
This position is based in the employer's home, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work in a dynamic environment.
