Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rebar Fabricator to join our team at Harris Rebar. As a Rebar Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, bending, and assembling reinforcing steel bars to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various machines to cut and bend reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths and shapes.
  • Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping.
  • Unload and load trailers and store material in storage bins.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist other employees in tasks as needed.
  • Inspect equipment and prioritize safety in all actions and decision-making.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills to calculate bar measurements.
  • Reliable transportation, as the location is not accessible by public transit.

Physical Demands
  • Safely lift 50 pounds, with occasional heavy lifting.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
