The Role
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will work closely with the Technical Service team, Design Manager, Accounting Coordinator, Plant Manager, and Yard Supervisor to ensure shipping operations align with production and customer requirements. This position involves daily communication with these teams and individuals to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all incoming orders, outgoing shipments, and inventory of all raw and finished goods.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the schedule of daily yard operations
  • Work with Production and Technical Service teams to ensure customer service levels are being met on a regular basis
  • Complete work orders and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Track returned inventory ensuring it goes back into stock
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure proper pricing on freight, supply, and other services
  • Ensuring all paperwork going to production, the yard, and the customer is complete and accurate
  • Monthly and annual inventory of product produced and stored in the yard (performs material count)
  • Providing customer assistance, requests, and concerns as necessary
  • Receiving product and tracking outgoing materials
  • Ensures COD orders are paid in full before delivery
  • Works with management to ensure All-Fab standards are being met
  • Responsible for various reports and filing
  • Maintains accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records of goods received and shipments made with photos and supporting documentation
  • Creats site packages
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required
