We are seeking a skilled Cashier and Sales Assistant to join our team at Cozy Craft. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work varied shifts, and be available to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
