Lead Web Developer Opportunity

Pavro Recruitment is partnering with a leading international brand in the professional beauty industry to find a skilled Lead Web Developer with expertise in Shopify development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and customization of Shopify themes, templates, and plugins to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for the e-commerce platform.
  • Optimize website performance, including page load speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Implement best practices for prioritizing mobile view and SEO to ensure optimal search engine rankings.
  • Integrate and customize third-party applications and services with Shopify.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ~3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on e-commerce and Shopify.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
  • UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices for mobile and desktop optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques for optimizing Shopify websites for search engines.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
