Job Title: Receiving Part Time

At The Home Depot Canada, we're looking for a skilled Receiving Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload merchandise from carriers and inspect for quality and quantity
  • Process receipts and enter information into our computer system
  • Operate powered lift equipment to move freight from receiving to designated staging areas
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with the ASMs, Freight and Fulfillment Teams to ensure optimal staging of merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service by using our FIRST behaviors when on the sales floor
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn and follow procedures
