Dental Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental environment.
- Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Provide reception and clerical duties, including answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Take and develop X-rays to assist in diagnosing dental issues.
- Invoice patients for dental services and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: English.
- Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
