Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Dairy Frozen Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our dairy and frozen products are properly stocked and displayed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to ensure that our customers receive the freshest products possible.
  • Ensures that merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Adheres to food safety and handling procedures and follows sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic store environment.
  • Fulfills orders, processes returns, and handles customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintains features and keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.

Requirements:

  • Age - 16 or older
