About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Manuke Xpress Ltd. as a Document Processor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Registration: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified format, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail.
  • Software Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, providing administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Handwritten Data Transfer: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
