Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician at Stream-Flo Industries Ltd., you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wellhead equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner.

Key Functions:

  • Execute field service requirements, including installation and maintenance of wellheads, while providing outstanding customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare component requirements, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies to meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Provide customer property repair services as needed, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed service records and reports are maintained, providing valuable insights for future service improvements.
  • Support sales and customer relations activities as required, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Comply with all company Health and Safety policies and procedures, conducting all operations in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Travel to other branches to acquire training and provide assistance to field site locations, enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other related duties, such as shop and vehicle maintenance, as necessary to support service delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a combination of the following:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in a service-oriented role.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • A strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver's license, with a current driver's abstract.
  • Willingness to travel, with a focus on providing excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Assets include knowledge of wellhead products and the energy industry, H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid, and CSO training, thermal wellhead experience, and CraneSafe or equivalent certification.
