About the Opportunity

Skyworks Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Diversified Analog Solutions team as a RFIC Design 12-Month Co-Op. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying sound engineering skills to a variety of assignments in the area of electronic design engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform RF test evaluation of RFICs and multi-chip modules
  • Set up and perform RF tests, evaluate and summarize test data and present data to the design team
  • RF design support of RFICs and multi-chip modules
  • Schematic capture, simulation, layout, verification and EM analysis
  • Lab prototype debugging, tuning and measurement
Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in a BSEE, MSEE or PhD degree program in Electrical Engineering
  • Must be able and available to work on-site
  • Must have a basic knowledge of analog and RF electronic circuits and principles
  • Must have a suitable background in RF design or concepts
Desirable Knowledge/Experience
  • Familiarity with Keysight ADS, Cadence Virtuoso or similar design tools
  • Basic understanding of high-frequency circuit design
  • Basic familiarity with RF circuit blocks such as LNAs and PAs
