About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at EllisDon. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a critical middleware component within our enterprise integration platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements and functionality of the middleware across diverse use cases.
  • Collaborate with developers and software architects to design and develop a robust and scalable middleware solution.
  • Ensure the middleware meets all technical and functional specifications, regardless of the industry vertical.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the middleware.
  • Oversee the launch and ongoing maintenance of the middleware.
  • Monitor the performance of the middleware and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest enterprise integration trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise software or integration platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of middleware solutions.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies (e.g., APIs, data formats).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
