Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Full-Time Position

Verve Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in providing high-quality resident care. As an RPN, you will play a critical role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in assessing the needs of individual residents and develop personalized care plans to promote maximum independence.
  • Administer medications and provide treatments in accordance with current standards of care and policies.
  • Supervise and guide care given by attendants, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to resident care plans.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to employees, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Manager to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Current RPN license and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
  • Previous experience working as an RPN in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
