Medical Science Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Pharmascience. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a key role in establishing our presence with national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions in select therapeutics areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute medical strategies and tactical plans, including congress activities, advisory boards, and medical education opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and organizations to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and deliver medical/scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide scientific support at medical congresses and internal meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical data, competitive landscape, and new therapies to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.).
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience (Medical Affairs, MSL).
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Therapeutic area experience: Endocrinology is an asset.
  • Experience in Rare Diseases is an asset.
  • Ability to travel ≥50% of the time.

  • Excellent communications skills: interpersonal, networking, verbal, written, and presentation in both English and French.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional responsibilities.
