About the Job

Aber-Bel Farms Ltd. is seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a General Farm Worker. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as apply fertilizers and spray crops as needed.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe use.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops, including seedlings and mature crops, and prepare them for market.
  • Worksite Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Reporting: Write daily basic progress reports to keep management informed of activities and progress.
Work Environment

As a General Farm Worker, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling. Staff accommodation is provided on-site, and transportation is provided by the employer.
