Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at RADHE KRISNA RESTAURANT CORPORATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Work Environment

The position is set in a fast-paced food service establishment where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

This role requires the ability to:

  • Engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
