Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at RADHE KRISNA RESTAURANT CORPORATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
The position is set in a fast-paced food service establishment where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Recruit and hire food service personnel
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to:

- Engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
