Ruby Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that requires a strong background in telecommunications equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment and analyze test results to adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software.
- Testing and Quality Control: Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment, and complete and maintain test and service reports.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
