About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
