We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Manager to promote our products to doctors/hospitals and provide clinical education to our international business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital administrators, and distribution partners.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. They will be a team player with a dynamic and optimistic approach to their work.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing product training and clinical education to doctors and business partners
- Coordinating with hospitals/doctors and distributors for successful clinical evaluation and sales
- Actively working with international distribution partners on their needs and challenges
- Leading creation of online promotion, email campaigns, and social media content
- Managing clinical conferences and tradeshows
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biosciences, or Biotechnology, or related field
- Extensive experience in digital marketing
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated strong initiative and drive
