- Bath, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Cook nutritious meals and snacks, preparing formulas and sterilizing bottles.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a tidy and organized home environment.
- Supervise and care for children during activities such as games and outings, promoting their social and cognitive development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, habits, and health information.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and families.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Work site: Employer's/client's home.
- Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Term: Seasonal.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
