Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of settings, including patient homes and specialty clinics.

• Administer medications and infusions in patient homes and specialty clinics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, providing education and support to patients and caregivers as needed.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to set up appointments and ensure timely delivery of care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
• Travel to clinics and patient homes within a designated geographical area, as required.

• Current registration with a licensing body; CPR certification.
• Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1 year of IV initiation experience.
• Experience in a critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare setting.
• ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word, and other applicable computer programs.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
