We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Mechanical Cryogenics Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and contribute to the development and introduction of our mechanical and cryogenics systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex systems for our product and development needs
  • Working closely with the cryogenics and electrical engineering teams, as well as the production, service, lab operations, processor development, and software teams
  • Conducting failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) and creating unit validation and diagnostic test plans for the product and sub-systems

You possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of engineering work experience, including technical leadership experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical product development, involving complex multi-disciplinary products
  • Experience in designing complex thermal systems, preferably cryogenic systems
