About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Minhas Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and equipment
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment for our tenants and staff
  • Advertise vacancies and show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle heavy loads
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work in all weather conditions and handle heavy loads. You will also be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
