About This Opportunity

Donna Herrera is seeking a reliable and caring live-in nanny to join our team. As a trusted member of our household, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all family members.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Travel with the family on trips and provide childcare and housekeeping assistance as needed.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills, encouraging their growth and independence.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for the children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Supervise and care for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
  • Take the children to and from school and to appointments, providing transportation and support as needed.
  • Assist the children with their homework, helping them develop a love of learning and academic success.
About You
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual who is passionate about working with children.
  • Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • You should be physically fit and able to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with the family and other household staff.
  • You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing the needs of the children and family above all else.
