About the Role

As a key member of our Compliance team, the Anti-Corruption Sr. Specialist, Legal Compliance will play a critical role in ensuring that our company and its employees conduct business in a transparent and responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective anti-corruption training programs for employees and third-party partners.
  • Review and analyze financial transactions to identify potential red flags and ensure compliance with anti-corruption policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement anti-corruption policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and third-party partners on anti-corruption matters.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of anti-corruption laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a compliance or anti-corruption role.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and auditing.
  • Foreign language proficiency.
