Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion
  • Oversee the operation of company equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration
  • Review and approve job proofs and samples to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
