Parts Procurement Specialist

About the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Parts Person in our Truck & Trailer division. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming inventory availability, and responding to pricing inquiries.
We have a rigorous training program in place to support your growth and success in this position. The ideal candidate will have experience with outbound calling, using multiple web applications, and navigating various systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to meet their needs
- Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through phone, email, and text channels
- Fulfill parts order requests from clients accurately and efficiently
- Provide timely updates on inventory availability and shipping times
- Collaborate with other field staff members to provide seamless parts support
