About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You will be responsible for providing tier I support for all IT and communications systems, as well as managing incidents and escalations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Manage incidents and escalations, working closely with Tier II support teams to resolve complex issues
- Continuously improve service delivery and process efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
