We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Service Desk Analyst to join our Integrated Global Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across the globe.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You will be responsible for providing tier I support for all IT and communications systems, as well as managing incidents and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Manage incidents and escalations, working closely with Tier II support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Continuously improve service delivery and process efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
