About the Role

Petro-Canada gas station is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring that our gas station has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Plan, administer, and control budgets for inventory management, supplies, and equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses to evaluate inventory management performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
