Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational performance of suppliers, including logistics and quality
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement supplier development plans to enhance their capabilities
  • Participate in the evaluation of suppliers during the selection process
  • Analyze supplier risk and develop monitoring plans to mitigate potential issues
  • Lead the escalation process for supplier performance issues
  • Manage and develop quality standards for suppliers
  • Support supplier maturity upgrading plans and promote best practices
Requirements
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to manage change and adapt to new situations
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, with French an asset
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Occasional travel to supplier sites
