Dish Service Attendant

We are seeking a motivated Dish Service Attendant to join our team at Chubby High Prairie Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient dish room environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Place dishes in storage area
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Scour pots and pans

As a Dish Service Attendant, you will also be responsible for keeping records of the quantities of food used, packaging take-out food, portioning and wrapping foods, preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking customers' orders, using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, handling and storing cleaning products, receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, sharpening kitchen knives, and washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.

Work Environment:

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. You will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a temporary position with opportunities for advancement.
