Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Toronto 6IX Security. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response to minimize risks and damage.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and other documentation to management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are equipped to support security operations.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 hours per week of work.
