Job Title: President - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled President to lead our team at the Royal Academy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our health, education, social and community services and membership organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure effective delivery of services and programs.
  • Represent the Royal Academy in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
  • Ensure the effective allocation of resources, including financial, human, and material resources.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, and developing and implementing organizational policies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the Royal Academy in a professional and effective manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
