We're seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Siemens Mobility. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the inventory of materials required for production, while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Plan for material requirements by analyzing production data, demand forecasts, and current stock levels
- Manage inventory levels according to MRP recommendations and coordinate orders with suppliers
- Issue purchase requisitions and communicate required performance indicators to suppliers
Qualifications:
- Diploma in logistics, administration, operations management, supply chain management, or related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year previous professional experience in a planning or purchasing role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
