Executive Director / Head of School Opportunity

Abbotsford Christian School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive Director / Head of School to lead our institution in its mission to provide a Christ-centered education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with the school's mission and values
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community
  • Oversee the management of school resources, including budgeting and financial planning
  • Ensure the school's commitment to Christian education and values is upheld

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in a Christian school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to Christian education and values
