Vision Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vision Care Specialist to join our team at FYidoctors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients by providing high-quality eye care services.
Salary:The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job- This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry and be licensed to practice in Canada.
- Adjust eyeglasses to fit customers and advise on use and care of contact lenses.
- Examine patients' eyes, conduct tests, and use specialized instruments to determine visual efficiency.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids to correct patients' vision.
- Counsel patients on visual hygiene, lighting arrangements, working distances, and safety factors.
- Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other physicians and surgeons when ocular or other diseases are found.
You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic environment where no two days are the same.
