**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned retail management professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager at Metro Mon. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize operational efficiencies and minimize expenses.
  • Leveraging your expertise in merchandising, inventory management, and staff development to drive business results.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful work environment that promotes open communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • College or university education.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent business acumen, leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
