We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Planning:
    1. Produce and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions.
    2. Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
    3. Establish and optimize accounting and management processes.
  2. Accounting Operations:
    1. Oversee all accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, intercompany transactions.
    2. Manage cash flow and ensure strict monitoring of financial flows.
  3. Management and Compliance:
    1. Supervise, develop, and ensure the well-being of a member of the accounting team.
    2. Oversee and participate in payroll processing.
    3. Ensure compliance with client and subcontractor projects (CNESST, CCQ, receipts, denunciations, RBQ, taxes, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
