Job Summary

Les restaurants Mcdonald's is seeking a skilled Restaurant Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash and make change accurately and efficiently.
  • Process credit card transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
