HADI RECYCLING CANADA LTD. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments
  • Resolving work problems and providing technical advice
  • Recruiting and hiring staff
  • Training workers in duties and policies
  • Arranging training for staff
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Establishing work schedules and procedures
  • Planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics
