Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Perform various welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc techniques efficiently.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.
  • Certification in welding techniques (AWS, CWB) is an asset.
  • Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control measures.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
