We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at COGIR Immobilier's private residence for seniors, Le St-Augustin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.
About the Role:
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with established protocols;
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Assist residents with mobility and transfer services;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans;
- Participate in health and hygiene care, maintaining resident dignity and integrity;
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively;
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- PDSB training (certificate required);
- Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates;
- Law 90 training (certificate required).
