Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreperson to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a Carpenter Foreperson, you will be responsible for leading construction teams and ensuring that construction goals are achieved and meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading construction teams and ensuring that construction goals are achieved and meet or exceed client expectations
  • Producing work that results in an exceptional client experience
  • Ensuring projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:

  • You are a skilled Carpenter with experience managing construction teams
  • Hold a valid Journeyperson ticket
  • CSTS 2020 & WHMIS 2015
  • Fall Protection (Ossa Preferred)
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Civil experience an asset
  • You have an understanding of construction phases and workflow
  • Experience in multiple phases of construction, from foundation work to finishing
