As a terminal loader operator at Sollio Agriculture, you will play a crucial role in loading and unloading dry and liquid fertilizer trucks, as well as operating motorized equipment such as loaders and railcar movers. You will also perform maintenance functions on plant equipment and maintain roads and grounds of the plant site.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs, and have a valid G license. Prior experience with loaders is an asset, but not required. If you are a team player who is receptive to learning new skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

In this permanent, full-time position, you can expect a salary starting at $24 per hour. Overtime is paid time and a half, and safety equipment is provided. You will also enjoy a flexible group insurance plan, a defined contribution pension, three weeks of vacation upon start date, an annual bonus, and training adapted to your needs.
