About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position with a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year and 100% employer-paid benefits starting from day one.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of developers using Agile development principles (Scrum) to build, maintain, and integrate new features into Siemens NX software. You will design, implement, and test new functionalities within Siemens NX, as well as implement unit tests and guide your team in maintaining high-quality code standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of C++ development experience with a proven ability to work in very large code bases
  • Experience leading software development teams in Agile environments, with strong communication and leadership skills
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the CAD domain
  • Familiarity with CATIA, Autodesk Maya, or other 3D design software development is an asset
